WINTER GARDEN
HERITAGE HISTORY HUNT

The History Hunt is a community-wide game provided by the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation. The game involves 12 “treasure” boxes hidden throughout Winter Garden’s Downtown Historic District.

Pick up a treasure map from the Winter Garden Heritage Museum at 1 North Main Street or from the Healthy West Orange Heritage and Cultural Center at 21 East Plant Street (each is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm.). Each box on the route has a QR code that will take you to our website where you will find questions to answer. After you answer the question correctly, check the circle on your treasure map.

 

Bring the completed map to either of the two locations mentioned above to receive an Official History Hunter Award Certificate!

 

We do ask that you do not spoil the hunt for other treasure seekers. Please treat the treasure boxes with care and leave them just as you found them. Try not to reveal these hiding places to other you may encounter- keep it a secret!
